Experienced Roll-Off Driver (CDL)
Empire Recycling RJH, Inc. is looking for a reliable, experienced roll-off dumpster driver to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in safe driving, customer service, and dependable work.
Job Responsibilities
Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently. Deliver, swap, and remove roll-off containers at customer sites. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Secure loads and follow all DOT and safety regulations. Maintain communication with dispatch and office staff. Complete tickets and basic paperwork accurately
Requirements
Valid CDL (Class B or A). Minimum 2 years roll-off driving experience preferred. Clean driving record. Ability to operate manual transmissions. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong work ethic and good customer service skills
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday. Day shift. Occasional overtime may be required
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay based on experience. Overtime available. Steady, year-round work. Local routes – home daily
